This is an appointment request form. All appointments require confirmation that will be sent via text, phone call or email.
A Siempre team member will reach out via text to confirm with a $20 deposit link to secure your appointment time. This deposit is applied to your total and fully refundable if you cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment. Last minute cancellations (less than 24 hour notice) or no shows will not receive a refund.
Guests seeking to re-weld broken jewelry, all free re-welds are available at events no appointment needed!
